This Cancellation Policy outlines the process and terms for canceling services with Mediazealous, Dallas, Texas, United States of America. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@mediazealous.com or call 972-556-5545.
To cancel any ongoing Mediazealous service, you must provide at least 30 days’ written notice via email to info@mediazealous.com. Services will remain active until the end of your notice period.
No refunds are provided for setup fees, monthly payments, or any partial months of service already rendered. All fees billed before the cancellation takes effect are non-refundable.
Upon the end of your notice period, all services, access, and support will be discontinued. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all necessary data and assets before the end of the service term.
All outstanding invoices must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized.
Mediazealous reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.
