These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of all services provided by Mediazealous, Dallas, Texas, United States of America. By accessing or using our services or website (www.mediazealous.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Setup fees are due at the time of signing. All payments are non-refundable. Monthly fees are billed as agreed and subject to change with 30 days’ written notice. Clients must provide all necessary content and questionnaires within 30 days of signing to begin work.
Mediazealous reserves the right to modify or change service features at any time based on client needs, technology updates, or platform changes. Standard features include website management, ongoing support, edits, local SEO, and Google Ads management.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Mediazealous is legally owned or licensed. Mediazealous is not liable for copyright breaches from client-supplied materials. MediaZealous reserves the right to refuse third-party edits and will only collaborate directly with the client.
Mediazealous’s liability is limited to refunding service fees for services not rendered. No guarantees are made regarding results, website traffic, or search rankings. Any claims must be made in writing within three (3) days of service delivery.
Clients agree to provide requested information and approvals promptly. Delays in providing necessary information may result in delays to project timelines.
Mediazealous retains ownership of any proprietary tools, code, or templates used in providing services. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use custom work after full payment.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice. MediaZealous may update or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days’ notice. No refunds are provided for payments already made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
